Is your fridge overflowing with milk or do you want to provide healthy homemade dairy products to your family? In this workshop, we take you beyond just milk. You will learn how to make the most of the abundance of milk in your fridge.

You bought the cow. Milked the cow. Drank the milk. You still have jars of milk. Now what?! The sky is the limit with what you can do with dairy. Think butter, cheese, yogurt, ice cream, just to name a few.

Don’t worry if you don’t have a cow. If you have a source for milk (even from the grocery store), this workshop is for you.

Join our workshop to learn:

Tips on the components of raw milk and how to use them. (Whole, -Heavy cream, Half and half, skimmed)
How to make and store fresh butter and uses for the leftover buttermilk
How to make yogurt – both stove top and instant pot methods and what to do with whey
How to make a simple farmers cheese and ricotta cheese
What is a culture and how to use it for yogurt, sour cream, and other products
Make and sample several foods made from raw milk including dream cheese — if you haven’t tried it, you’re up for a delectable dream!
